In 2018 I founded Deep Work Studio – a collective of designers and researchers pushing UX forward in crypto.
My role
I led the studio and ran multiple design teams to:
• Deliver 100+ design sprints for web3 teams.
• Grow from 2 → 30 freelance contributors — fully async, fixed costs < €500.
• Operate several 3-7 person squads on parallel one-off projects.
• Transition from founder-owned to a tokenised collective model.
• Ship flagship dashboards & staking tools for ConsenSys and support the Ethereum Foundation.
